Our story
Welcome from Daniel and family
Tanna Lava View is owned and run by Daniel Samson Iahi and his family in Isaka Village, home of the Naipai tribe in South East Tanna.
Guests first knew us as Tanna Lava View Bungalow. Today we're simply Tanna Lava View: the same family, the same bungalows and the same view of Mt Yasur, now with direct online booking.
Our bungalows are built the traditional way, and we share our village life with every guest: the food we grow and cook, the kastom of our community, and the volcano that shapes life on this side of Tanna. Through our tour company, Tanna Unique Tours, we take guests to the island's highlights with local guides.
