Booking terms
These terms apply to bungalow stays, stay packages and Tanna Unique Tours booked with Tanna Lava View, Isaka Village, South East Tanna, Vanuatu (owner: Daniel Samson Iahi).
1. How a booking works
When you send a booking through this website you receive a booking reference (TLV-…). A booking is a request until we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We hold the bungalow for 48 hours while we confirm, or while we wait for your bank transfer receipt.
2. Prices
Prices are in Vanuatu vatu (VT). Package and tour prices are per booking for 1 or 2 people. Groups of 3 or more are priced on request. Approximate amounts in other currencies are only a guide.
3. Payment
- Pay at the property: pay in cash (vatu) when you arrive.
- Bank transfer: transfer the deposit shown at booking (or the full amount) and upload your receipt. Your booking is confirmed once we've checked the payment.
- We don't accept card payments and will never ask for card details.
4. Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel, use Manage booking or message us on WhatsApp at +678 774 2766. Cancellation deadlines and deposit refunds: to be confirmed.
5. Tours and the volcano
Mt Yasur visits depend on the official volcanic alert level and on the weather. Tours to the Blue Cave and the coast depend on sea conditions. If a tour can't run safely, we'll offer another day or an alternative. Refunds for tours we cancel: to be confirmed.
6. Your safety
Follow your guide's instructions at all times, especially at the crater rim and when swimming. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
